Beautiful easy to hard hiking. Great history, worth reading about. Nice restaurant with great setting, but a little lacking in food. Also, super worth staying here.

Beautiful park just outside Boulder. Several trail options - water stations to fill your bottles - helpful rangers. Be warned, tho - no bathroom until you on the downside!

We took this hike after arriving the night before out of Denver. On paper, the hike did not look too bad for being in reasonable shape. We found ourselves breathing hard on the journey due to altitude adjustment from the midwest. The trail demanded us...More

It’s always a pleasure to walk the grounds of Boulder’s lovely Chautauqua Park. It has such a friendly and relaxing vibe. Our recent visit was mainly for a breakfast at the Chautauqua Dining Hall, but the walk to and from was delightful.

Had a good early morning hike for 2 hours. It’s fairly steep and has a lovely view. I felt quite safe as there were others on all routes.

There is one main trial up to the flatirons. However, check it out on google maps. This place is an opening to many other trails that go to other mountains. A great starting point, but be prepared to park a bit far away if you...More
