Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a hidden gem. Very peaceful - there were just a few kids playing there when we visited. A great place to stop and catch your breath after a hectic visit to some wineries.

We went to this nice community park in Yountville Its a pretty park. We took a nice walk. In more normal times (i.e non virus) there is also a nice playground available for children.

The park is at the North end of town. It has picnic areas, BBQ grills, a great playground facility. There is plenty of shaded areas, and benches for reading or watching the world go by.

Found a lovely little park close to Washington and Madison. Picnic tables, play sets and enough space to relax and take a breather while in wine country. Plenty of history in the area, so take a minute to take it in and enjoy some free time.

The gardens and the variety of trees are beautiful. It’s peaceful and wonderful
Right in the center of Yountville so you just walk to it and spend as much time as you wish. We visited on a Tuesday so it was very quiet. I imaged that over the weekend it must be full
Everything was green, fall had not enter and it was warm.

Nice family park with kids play areas, bathrooms and picnic tables under the red wood trees. We liked the sculpture. We enjoyed a coffee and walk in the park. There is free parking.

This is a modest park along one of the main drags of Yountville, which has become the foodie capital of Central California. Has new-design, interesting playground with a surface that gives as one puts weight on it, presumably so that if a child falls onto the surface, it will give rather than scuffing, scraping or otherwise injure the child. (No guarantees of course, this is just my impression of this flexible surface.)
Also has a couple of family-size picnic tables, and some large redwood trees for shade.

Yountville is a quaint town, worth visiting, on the way to Napa Valley and its wineries. Walk along the narrow streets admiring the houses each with lovely gardens. Also not to be missed is Yountville park.

Very cute park in the middle of this very nice town. Extremely well maintained, almost manicured. Lovely.

How do tasting fees in Yountville compare to the rest of the valley??
arlenec2017
St Helena75 contributions
About the same. Generally 15-20 dollars a tasting unless you buy a bottle of wine. Then they wave the fee. Very few wineries do totally complementary tastings anymore. You can share a tasting which takes down the cost. Really recommend if you are doing more than 2 wineries
