Ma(i)sonry Napa Valley offers a unique lifestyle experience in wine country. Originally built in 1904 as a private residence, the manor is one of three stone buildings in Yountville, and one of only two listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As an art, design and wine gallery set amidst a contemporary, landscaped sculpture garden, Ma(i)sonry offers guests a respite and a retreat. Guests have a variety of choices for their wine tasting setting. They can enjoy the intimacy of one of our three private tasting rooms, lounge in either of the great rooms, or gather outdoors at individual and communal tables, around the fire pit, or while stretched out on a blanket on the lawn. The outdoor gardens are beautifully landscaped around architectural remnants and contemporary sculpture and are available for our clients to relax and enjoy a bite or a bottle of wine on their own before or after their tasting.

We went for a late afternoon tasting. Chandler was our host and he did an amazing job. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and introduced us to some really great wines. Will definitely return on our next visit.

It was overly hot outside and super crowded inside. If the weather had cooperated it would not have felt so tiny inside I'm sure! We did not have an appointment but we're allowed to walk in and taste three preselected wines. The wines were not...More

We were here for a Pahlmeyer tasting. We enjoyed The Pahlmeyer wines and Anna also poured a Tor Kenward Chardonnay which was delicious and a Lail Sauvignon Blanc that we also enjoyed. Anna was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable

Booked for a tasting of boutique wines. Sat in the patio on a nice summer day. Sommelier was amazing and tailored the tasting to what he learned from us as time went on. All wine was perfect to the Reds we enjoyed. Surrounded by art...More

We stopped in here before we had lunch at Ad Hoc. They were so friendly and helpful and the fully "curated" property was so fun to look around. Best of all, it wasn't a zoo, and very low-pressure. Also, it's generally a really neat selection...More

The Ma(i)sonry property is beautiful. From the historic stone building with it's art and edgy tasting areas to the large outdoor seating with comfy couches and interesting sculptures, there is really no bad place to land. Since Ma(i)sonry is a collective of many smaller wineries...More

This is a nice venue. There's a beautiful outdoor sitting area, another that gets fresh air but is enclosed in case it's cold, and another that's indoors. It's a beautiful building as well. And the service is good. The "3" rating is strictly a rating...More

This is an unusual place---the building itself is very appealing--a restored stone structure. They also have a large garden filled with very interesting stone, metal and wood sculptural pieces. Indoors are quite interesting objects that will tempt you and excellent contemporary art. We also stop...More
