This was our first visit to the winery although we have had their wines before. (Very nice wines.) We enjoyed the tasting very much and talking with the staff. There is a very pretty view from the tasting room looking out onto vineyards. We stopped in on a wet day and had a very nice time.

Nice winery with totally organic (certified ) product. You gave a choice of free tastings or pay a little for the reserve wines to taste. You can also do a blind tasting called " name that varietal." Fun!

Yorkville Cellars is so special for its attention to being a good steward in the wine industry and aiming high in the quality of organically-made wines. What a perfect blend of science, art and social responsibility. We love these wines; especially: Sauvignon Blanc, Cab Franc, Eleanor Aquitaine and Richard the Lion-Heart. The owners are warm, yet professional; the staff is... More

We have visited Yorkville Cellars several times and have ordered their wines for years. The tasting room is in a large house, giving it a homey feel. They have some excellent whites...we particulary like their Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion. We always receive a warm reception, and they are also dog-friendly.

This small winery features white and red Bordeaux style varietals, including rare planting of the Carmenere grape. Very friendly staff, great opportunity for varietal tasting. Grapes are organically grown.

My boyfriend and I loved our visit to Yorkville Cellars. Organically grown Bordeaux grapes and inspired winemaking produce some very fine wines. Where else have you seen a Rosé of Malbec ( as well as a sparkling Rosé of Malbec or a Semillon fermented with skins to yield a golden wine? Definitely stop by on your way out to the... More

This winery is one of the best in Anderson Valley which should be a destination spot for California visitors who love beauty and wine. Ed and Debbie, the owners, are friendly and welcoming and are seriously striving to make the best Bordeaux wines in CA. They do a great job. There are various different tastings one can do here and... More

When leaving Mendocino, headed for Anderson Valley on Hwy 128, stop in at Yorkville winery. Great wines, many varieties and warm welcome. Run by a family passionate about their wine and the environment. Certified organic vinyards since 1986. Beautiful grounds. Buy your wine, pour a glass and relax on the porch among the vinyards, redwoods, sheep, family pets and enjoy!
