When we parked near the Trinidad Memorial Lighthouse, we saw so many beautiful flowers. There were two anchors as well. When I went down the stairs, I saw that there was no lighthouse. We could see where it was built. However, the Trinidad Memorial Lighthouse...More

I took a decent hike up the hill to see the light from a viewing area that was placed on the trail. Well, you can't see the lighthouse from the viewpoint. If you are lucky enough to be there on the first Saturday of the...More

Lousy taste in the burger, greasy fish and chips, the oil tasted off, the clam chowder was passable . I had to have an ice cream cone to get the taste out

Walk to the lighthouse is a lollipop loop ~1.0 -1.5 mile, with a few short offshoots to scenic points with benches. Uphill is somewhat steep, but short and asphalt. Prefect spot for a leisurely stroll looking at the beach and fishing boats below. The lighthouse...More

This was not what I expected, however, the town is cute and has some nice shops. The Casino in town was actually very nice. We didn't expect to go to it but were told the views from that vantage point were nice.

The Trinidad Memorial Lighthouse is a reproduction of the real lighthouse that is still on Trinidad head. Due to instability of the hillside as well as issues of the area being a native sacred area, the building has been moved down the hill near the...More
