We went to Moonstone Beach so we could take our dogs for a run as Patrick's Point did not allow dogs on the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful. Parking was free.

This is definitely more of a family friendly beach and there were more people here than other local beaches. There are nice rock formations. However, if you have driven up the coast it isn’t so spectacular but nonetheless it is still nice. If you have...More

This beach is lovely, lively, and kid friendly. Lots of people on the gorgeous beach, including families/kids and their pets. We spent the entire day here and I learned the hard way that you can still burn to a crisp with cool fog present lol....More

This is a nice beach area tucked in along the 101 coast highway where you will find a very peaceful ambience of the ocean. Very low key and a nice place to take a stroll with your dog

Bring your dog, your surfboard, your waders, and your sun tan lotion. Look for moonstones, hide in the caves, and practice rock-climbing. Nap, explore, picnic, swim. The best beach ever.
