Great place to spend the day; easy access via ferry (15 minutes and $15/round trip); lots of Civil War era history; lots of walking trails; great water, Alcatraz, San Fran, and island views; take water/beverages.

We enjoyed the ferry ride to Tiburon, and the cocktails we ordered at the bar. Looking at the ocean with a drink in hand - a great day!

The ferry was full of children on field trips but we sat outside downstairs where it was much quieter. It was a nice ride on a beautiful day.

The ferry ride is nice. The only drawback is the lack of seating if it is crowded. After a day of hiking on the island this can be an issue but at least the trip is fast & the views are amazing.

Yes, you would need to purchase a one way ticket with us for Tiburon to Angel Island. Then purchase a one way ticket with the SF ferry company (Blue&Gold) for Angel Island to Pier 41.
