We had a tire explode in the way up from Sacramento. The staff stayed in touch by email and we were able to reschedule on the fly to a session two hours later. They have been friendly, helpful, and professional each time we have visited.

Have to try north Tahoe treetop next time for variety. Understand that there's less challenge and more zip there. The staff are super and make your time fun. Safety is a priority but doesn't detract from the excitement.

We all had a great time. The 2.5 hours was perfect, it was great exercise and the kids were challenged and had a great adventure.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed their time at the Tahoe Vista location. Seven courses kept them interested. I love that there were always staff members within shouting distance; when one teen refused to negotiate a particularly difficult obstacle, staff pointed out an alternative method that saved...More

Challenging and fun courses at varied levels. Our teenage god-kids and friends had smiles on their faces all afternoon (and so did the adults). Good work-out too. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We have grandkids from 8-13 years old. They all seem to think they want to the monkey course or your new location. The 8 year old may not be quite 56". How do we accommodate your rules and them on the same course. The eight year old is accomplished at skate boarding, trampoline tricks, etc, but he is probably the shortest.
