This is a nice casual place with good beer. Nice place to stop for a drink if you are in Sonoma. We stopped as a large group the day after a wedding. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel.

This was a short walk from the main part of Sonoma, although ideal to make the 1st pint really enjoyable and the beer hall was ideal shelter from the afternoon sun. I dropped in while others were on a winery tour. The staff we friendly...More

We called in here during a day sampling the wineries and breweries of sonoma. It's a long bar with lots of other seating and tables available and a wide selection of beers, varying in strength and complexion. The staff is very welcoming and I had...More

I would start by saying that the Hazy Cali Fragilistic Hoppy Alidocious (and the Subliminal Gold) is such a delicious beer! I would then say that we have never felt more welcomed. We felt like locals-the bartender, the customers, the customers dogs....all amazing! We will...More

We wanted a break from wine and found this place. It was clear that this was a locals hangout rather than on the tourist trail. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Great selection of beers, something for everyone (as long as you're a beer drinker), slim...More

We stopped here on a suggestion from our tour guide -- we were doing a wine tour and had asked to sample some beer as well. We only did get to see the tasting room which was fairly large and included a bar. I was...More

Being from Charlotte beer is a big deal as our city is busting at the seams with local breweries so we had to check out the beer in the midst of all the wine. The taproom is nothing fancy but overall a cool rustic vibe...More

We husband and I were looking for a place that was open a little later in the evening so we stopped in for a brew. The atmosphere was nice and inviting, but the beer was just OK. The bartender was super friendly.

Took a break from visiting wineries to check out the local beer scene. Sonoma Springs Brewing is just outside of the center of Sonoma and well worth a visit. Tried several of their beers and enjoyed them all. Definitely worth a stop and seems to...More

We tried two different breweries while in Sonoma. Carneros and Sonoma Springs. The latter was by far the better of the two. I found the Carneros to lack substance, almost a little watery. At Sonoma Springs try the kolsch.
