It is right in the heart of the down town. It is so neat to see old theaters still around. We didnt get a chance to go inside. If we had more time we would have.

My wife and I are very found of old theaters and this one would rank among our favorites. We were in town for several nights and love the movies so decided to give the Sebastiani a try and we were glad we did. The only...More

This is an amazing theatre. Starting with Roger the manager selling tickets to getting candy at a reasonable price to sitting in a marvelous rehabbed single screen movie house. It's an experience into the past, not just a movie. It's right in the heart of...More

Home town meets historical renovation meets first run movies and special events. We really like seeing films here. Roger the manager is wonderful, greeting people and introducing a film or a special event, he makes the place feel special.

This theater reminds me so much of the one I frequented in my youth - change of venue three times a week and 25 cents to watch. It is an old, well kept theater with smaller screen, lessor sound system, and older chairs than newer...More

Just like the good old days! I remember sitting in this lovely place 40 years ago - watching Star Wars, Rocky, and the "greats" of the 70's as a kid when I would visit my grand mother a few streets away. Not the sticky floors...More

Locals love Sebastiani Theatre. Visitors love Sebastiani Theatre. It's old-fashioned with one large screen and has state-of-the art equipment. It feels like you've stepped back into time, but the movies are current. Usually the great independent films. They offer licorice (red & black) in candy...More
