Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited several vineyards and were looking for something different . So this did it , you get a tour or the plant , taste amazing olive oils , unspoiled by reductions etc. You learn what a true olive oil should be and why you will want to cook with these oils. Frank And Christy Figone treat you to a rare experience in the art of olive oil making . You get to taste the oils with various charcuterie as well .

Carol was a lot of fun as she lead us through the tastings. She gave great suggestions on combinations/recipes for olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

I saw some wonderful wooden bowls in the window, so decided to check them out. Then had an olive oil and balsamic tasting. Wow! They have an amazing selection of oil. The staff was very knowledgeable and suggested combinations I would have never thought of on my own. Thanks for opening my eyes and taste buds to the wonderful world of oils and balsamic!

This was one of several places we visited as part of a dine around in the Sonoma Plaza. Their oils and balsamics are unbelievable. The pairings to create unique and flavorful combinations were very informative not to mention delicious. What we didn’t like is that their belief to taste these flavors requires you taste the product straight up. No bread, no nothing. I don’t agree. None of us take these products home and drink them or dip our fingers. We use bread, put them on salads, etc. So be prepared, it catches you off guard. If I were them I would provide a dipping food or encourage people to bring it with them.

Nice place to try, especially the variety of infused olive oils and vinegars. A nice stop on the square. Low key, reasonable prices, and tasty.

Stopped here while on the Gourmet Food and Wine Tours-Sonoma.
Didn't know a lot about the olive oil/balsamic process but the lady working changed that. Sampled some common varieties and others that were just a bit bizarre/different. Wish they had small bread pieces to dip the oil into (as opposed to sipping cups)
They sell 2 oz bottles of all varieties which easily can be carried on flights home. Definitely worth a visit.

We stopped in the store after touring some wineries. The lady working there was so helpful. We didn't have a whole lot of time, but after sampling her concoction (1/2 and 1/2) of Lime Persian Olive Oil/White Balsamic to put on spinach, we were hooked. Wish we had time to tour the company. I will order for Christmas gifts.

Great place to try a real balsamic. Took several two ounce bottles home as gifts. Will likely become a member.

Knowledgeable staff that was willing to spend time with us. They demonstrated ways to use the various flavors of oil with vinegars to create exquisite dressings. They are willing to ship as well as to sell on site.

Discovered this place last year and made sure I made it back. This is a lovely place with a friendly and informative staff. I fell in 💕 with the Blood Orange Olive Oil paired with White Peach Cranberry Balsamic last year. So I did a tasting this year and found some more that I loved, Persian Lime Olive Oil, Raspberry Balsamic, and Cinnamon Pear Balsamic. Loved the taste and quality of them all. Definitely add this to your list of places not to miss when you visit Sonoma!
