The mission is a wonderful place to visit, and the whole surrounding area makes it worth a drive out there. We went to Mortensens Bakery afterwards and had some amazing pastries which are definitely the best around...soooo flaky and delicious.

I highly recommend visiting this Mission for it's beauty, peaceful courtyard and church sanctuary, and history and museum rooms which tell the story of the Chumash Indians. Definitely, worth a visit.

We have been to a lot of CA missions, and this one is by FAR the best preserved/renovated. The audio tour is very good and informative. The people working there are marvelous, the gardens gorgeous, history great. Really, really nice!

i'm not sure. In the areas we went it was ground floor or pathways and the doors were wide enough. My suggestion would be to call and check to know for sure though.
