The performance we attended was "Girl Singers' Christmas Music", this is a family show and it showed. I did not particularly enjoy it, BUT my wife did so there. It looks like they put on some interesting local shows during the balance of the year, the ticket price was quite reasonable so who am I to fuss very much.

San Diego is a great theater town--period. And I say this as someone who goes to NYC 2x a year. And in my opinion it is not just the Playhouse and The Globe that create the scene but small, creative and innovative theaters.. and the N.C. Rep is a leader here...who try something different..not always totally successful but always worth... More

This is one of North San Diego County's best hidden treasures. Because the theater is small and only holds about 100 people, EVERY SEAT is good without any obstructions to you view. Their plays, musicals, comedy nights, and other offerings showcase nothing but the best talent and events. I usher there on a regular basis so I can see everything... More

I was expecting the worst in a theater in a strip mall, but I have been amazed at the talent that this little theater has. The quality of this theater is incredible. Out of 10 shows that I have seen in the past two years- only two have been meh, but they were still good. A few have blown me... More

The show was very well performed. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing it. This venue has a good variety of shows and uses the talent available in San Diego well.

Located in a shopping center this small live theater serves up great local and regional actors and actresses. Prices for shows are reasonable and all seats are good

North Coast Rep is a lovely small theatre (not a bad seat in the house) with plenty of parking in the mall. This is a must see for all Sherlock Holmes fans. It had GREAT actors, and storyline that was true to the Arthur Conan Doyle novels.

I ushered again at the North Coast Reperatory Theater last Friday night and just had to give a shout out for this original play. The one woman one man cast shone in their stage presence and character roles. I highly suggest you should attend one of the Rep's finest plays before it leaves.

San Diego has some of the best theater in the country and North Coast Rep has some of the best theater in San Diego! The last play performed here, Unnecessary Farce was Outstanding!

This theatre is small, quaint and filled with a variety of plays. The size of the theatre does not reflect the talent in the plays. I recently saw Gunmetal Blues. What a fabulous Play - direction music acting and singing. It is a play that I imagine to be on Broadway with many beautiful sets. However, the only thing missing was... More
