My sister, neice & I enjoyed the Safari with the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable tour guide by the name of Jenna who also had a great sense of humor! The food was fantastic along with great coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice. We spent the night...More

Tour guides were awesome, and seeing all the animals up close was a treat. The really take great care of these animals and the zoo is well maintained. The baby giraffe was so cute. I definitely recommend this, but it does run a bit longer...More

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was cool, cloudy, and rainy perfect for active animals and photography. Highly recommend.

Our visit to Safari West was outstanding. The property covers over 400 acres in the rolling hills above Santa Rosa (Sonoma County), where we were treated to tour in the safety of an open truck (see photo above) to see many wild animals that are...More

Had a wonderful tour with our guide Robert! Robert was very knowledgable about the animals! Got a close up view of many animals. Had a delicious sandwich at the snack bar!

The enclosures are huge and the animals are healthy and well cared for. It was a surprise to learn that the parks main priority is the breed endangered and extinct, in the wild, animals. The way they work with other parks, throughout the world, to...More

One of the most fun and interesting places we have ever stayed. The accommodations in the tent were way above expectations--a real "glamping" experience. There was a lot of room, the bathroom was large, and the bed was comfortable. It got chilly at night but...More

We stayed in a one room cabin that was very comfortable. They are not fancy accommodations but they are clean and roomy. Do not know much about the cottages. I am thinking they would be nice to stay in.

No, not at all. It just licked the perimeter but nothing happened in the park and all animals were safe. There is no fire damage in the park.
