Clean and reminds me of the old days. Should list off season hours as much of the boardwalk was closed. Still has a cool vibe. I would imagine is crazy busy in summer. Right on beach which is cool.

I was at the Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk many years ago as a child, and was quite amazed to see it this past weekend with other young family members. Although it is much larger now, it’s still retains the old-fashioned rides, and the old...More

As soon as we caught a glimpse, we were super excited. SO many rides to choose from, each about $5-$7 USD to ride. But free to enter and walk around. SO many food stalls and games to choose from too. Way bigger than we thought...More

All of my grandkids have plenty to do at the Boardwalk. (Ages 3yrs-13yrs) The youngest has numerous rides to keep them busy. The others, including grandma & pop, love the roller coaster(Big Dipper) and the Carousel. Besides the rides, there are plenty of midway style...More

The Boardwalk is very well maintained and very clean. We went during the week in April and although I realized not all rides would be operating, I was surprised by the fact that only about 10 rides were available. We used our groupon which reduced...More

There were lots of rides and attractions, some yummy food and great views everywhere you look. We only rode the Skyway Tram thing, and it was really cool. If you love games, rides, ocean views and junk food - this is the place for you!

We enjoyed our day at the boardwalk and loved the sea air, the views, and the rides. The food was overpriced and there were not many healthy options.

Popped in en-route from San Francisco to Monterey. Unexpected highlight BUT very expensive and the queues were very long. Lovely views though and the layout and colours are very picturesque.

An unexpectedly fun time. We had an amazing time here, discovering all this place has to offer. I was concerned this place would be mainly catered to kids, but it had something to offer for all ages. just be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen!...More

The break even point for a band versus individual tickets was really low (i want to say 6 rides or so). We were even given 1 free annual pass for 2018 with our band purchase. I would advise to check the times and open days... More

Same price but check the Groupon app like the previous person answer. Sometimes they have weekday specials with Pepsi soda cans that give discounted prices for unlimited rides.

Besides Costco you can get really great deals through AAA if you are a member. If not, try your auto insurance provider.
