Grab a blanket and some drinks, people watch and watch the waves roll in, then take a walk to State St and shop around.

Take a pleasant walk and appreciate the view. Excellent for pictures with Pacific Ocean behind. You can see dolphins and whales, if it´s your lucky day.

The palm trees that line the Shoreline Park and the cleanliness of it along with the amazing views of the water make this very special. We stopped here on our bike ride of the area and thoroughly enjoyed the scenery!

A very pleasant and picturesque location to drive, walk or sit and gaze at the coastline and Channel Islands. Lots of space and green space. You’ll enjoy!

I wish I knew the answer to that question. I have been there a few times and will go again as my family lives in that area I have always felt that it was just plain luck to see them but if I find out I will post it.
