Played here on a weekday at about noon. It was warm and breezy....not many folks on the course. We flew through our round as a twosome - less than three hours. Greens were in excellent condition. Tees and fairways are still suffering from the effects...More

Played here last year when it was as dry as a bone. Got to blame it on the drought and water restrictions but what a difference a year makes. The creeks are running and the course has really greened up. Greens were running pretty quick...More

RSM was in surprisingly good shape considering how it's suffered from the drought. Late spring rainstorms have brought the tees and fairways back to life [the greens have always been in excellent shape]. The course staff informed us they have some water in their reservoir...More

This is a well laid out golf course within 30 minutes of Montecito and Santa Barbara. Unfortunately, they have been killed by drought conditions. Call first, to see if they have grass (they have not in recent months). If they have grass, could be great....More

Potentially a very nice course but it needs water on the fairways in the worst way. Great layout and scenery and the greens were in great shape but the fairways were like the runway at the airport. Staff was friendly and engaging! With green fairways...More

We booked tee times for this course through a "stay and play" package with a hotel. The golf course failed to let the hotel staff know that the course is dead (except for the greens). We had planned our entire day around our round of...More

Great course. Great layout. Great greens. Great service. Good food. Fairways are are completely dead and brown and hard as concrete. They have a water shortage. Course is still very playable though and well worth reduced rates.
