Visited Hearst Ranch after a long drive on CA-1 and all the other eating places before it were full. Awesome place where you order delicious food inside, find your table outside and wait for your order to be called. They offers different burgers and sandwiches,...More

A nice place with gift shop, great food for lunches, several wines and beer for the tasting. Setting is just across from the ocean and pier with some open fields and horses that roam by the parking lot.

After a tour of Hearst Castle, we decided to stop at the Winery to take a bottle to our hostess for our next night's stay in San Francisco. Tasted a couple and bought a nice red that we sampled. Very helpful staff person.

Not really great wines to sum it up. Most of the them were young and needed aging. Really the only decent bottle was the Cabernet Sauvignon from the Proprietor's Estate... that was about $100 per bottle for what should be a $50 - $60 wine....More
