Located right next door to Raging Waters in San Jose, Lake Cunningham Park is a peaceful place in the middle of a hectic city. It boasts great walking trails, an abundance of picnic areas, children's playground and more. A great place to go for nice...More

This park is a real disappointment. It's not well maintained, lots of trash on the grounds, the water in the lake looks bad, there is little shade and you have to pay to park.

We reserved an area for our family reunion and this place was great! Lots of space for the kids to play, a p!e parking on a busy day, ice large grill to use.

With our drought, the lake is still nice for a picnic. One person was even fishing while we were there. There are nice picnic areas all around the lake; it was spring. There is an excellent skateboard park here. The 68,000 square foot moonscape roller...More

Just an average park - dry, not much to do. Lots of "questionable" people hang out here, too - - not a great place for families.

We walked around the park. Since this was our first time there, I was disappointed to see that it was not kept up by the city. They could at least water the place and pick up the litter.

I'm reviewing the skate park part of Lake Cunningham only, since that's the only experience we've had at Cunningham. My kids love to skate board and we heard this place was very kid-friendly. It is! They have a lot of rules for the skaters and...More

I went there to take my dog for a walk and was told that dogs were not allowed. We were already half way around the lake to had to finish our walk. Enjoyed the walk anyway.
