My wife and I saw the Bodyguard and found it to be delightful. Music and dance numbers were powerful. Nice array of musical selections and easy to follow plot complete with a very bad bad guy. Nice curtain call encore of several numbers.

I came here so many times to enjoy the Vietnamese concerts, we did have a nice time whenever we come, it's not only the shows, but also the seat and the space are so warm and enjoyable. Highly recommend any show is organized here!

Convenient location, parking is relatively cheap. However, there is no middle row, so the seats are just in one long row, so use the bathroom before you go. Parking is cheap, usually less than $10 per show and snacks inside are priced well ($2 cookies...More

As an experienced NYC theatre-goer, I am so grateful for the quality of the shows that come to the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts. The BEST deal is to buy season tickets if you want to see all of the shows, but you...More

I've attended quite a few shows at the CPA and I like it very much. It's a mid-size theater with comfortable seating and is great for just about any kind of show - music, theater, dance. I recommend seats in the middle of the lower...More

My Husband and I frequently attend events here and always enjoy the experience. Events have a myriad of people to assist you and finding your seat is easy. Parking, either on the street or in a garage, is easy. The seats have good sight lines...More

We've been coming to the Center for the Performing Arts for over 24 years: First when it was known as San Jose Civic Light Opera; then American Musical Theater of SJ, now Broadway San Jose. The Center is close to several convenient public parking structures,...More

The not so good part --The building is dated and goes back to the 1960's. Each row is really long with no aisle seat in the middle. The good part: I saw several Broadway San Jose shows, not expecting much. I was really surprised -...More

We were here to see Anthony Bourdain in November and loved it! The place was packed but people were flowing pretty easily and there were ushers everywhere ready to answer any questions. We could easily see the stage and hear Anthony speak. We will be...More

It really depends on what event you're considering, as they all vary in price. It would be best to contact the box office and ask them what pricing options they have for the event you would like to attend.

We like to eat at The Old Spaghetti Factory - 51 N. San Pedro - plenty of parking on street and city lot - a little bit of a walk - about 6 blocks - but worth it.
