San Clemrnte Beach has access and parking at beach level, a real find in the area. Clean beach and restrooms with limited food service in the summer. Gentle surf for both adults and kids.

Beach has good bathrooms for changing and lifeguards during the daytime. Good waves for surfing and sand for castle building!

Large spaces, plenty of room to maneuver, park a tow and great space for campfire, socializing etc. Located near to services in San Clemente, close to PCH, but no freeway noise. Clean, accessible and set in the California sun. Pets welcome

Bring your shoes if lots of rocks hurt your feet. This beach is a rocky beach and not one for running around or playing in the sand. It’s beautiful though, and there are limited seating areas as well as restrooms. It’s fun to cross the...More

Campground, bathrooms and shower areas are reasonably clean. Make sure you bring your own hand soap because they are not always quick to refill the soap. It is a family friendly campground and it is impossible to expect peace and quiet; so many kids running...More

San Clemente Pier has a great restaurant and bar service. Happy hour during the week offers $3 beer and $5 margs. Also serves very good clam chowder and sour dough bread. Sunsets are awesome and balcony is heated. One of my favorite places in SC.

We enjoyed the pier, areas around the pier, and the state beach. The restrooms were a major plus as well as the picnic areas and public areas for visitors. It wasn't exceptional but it was a treat to be able to walk to and enjoy....More

I don't remember any signs or mentions in the park's brochures about pool floats, so I believe that you can enjoy your use of pool floats during your stay.
