This park has pretty much everything you can think of. Great location - right off a freeway. It has a nice formal side (seems to be getting crowded sometimes) and a huge "wild" part. Trails, hills, trees, water features - you name it. You have to pay to park inside, but there is also free street parking outside just a... More

What a sweet place .Great park very peaceful and meditative. Lots of trails and fresh air.A nice place to slow down from the fast pace of this busy life .You can hear the birds inhale clean air.Am a person who enjoys solitude and here it is possible.

This little restaurant is a gem. Food is outstanding. It is always crowded as all the locals come here. It is only open for breakfast and lunch, but well worth it.

Toro County Park is a very spacious country setting with large lawn areas for games and picnicking, and expansive, mature oak trees providing wonderful shady places to relax. There is a baseball diamond and several group picnic areas with tables and BBQ grills and with bathrooms and children's play areas nearby. Ample parking but most days you'll need to pay... More

When I was a child, the park was known for a long slide that you had to climb a hill to get in. Sadly, it is no longer there. My niece got married at the park and our family(s) all chipped in to set up/clean up. The group area worked great for our need. The kitchen area and pick nick... More

We were to a graduation party hosted at the park on a Sunday. The line to get into the park took about 10 minutes. There is a fee of 8$ for any vehicle going into the park. We saw several people parking outside of the park near the entrance; however, it is not recommended due to the number of vehicle... More

Toro Park has much to offer. Lots of space between party sites for the perfect family BBQ or party. Lots of wonderful hiking trails and play structures. Clean bathrooms all around the park. Amazing trees filled with shade and character. One negative.... Need to prepare for possible yellow jackets at various spots
