This was one of the first vineyards we visited and was by far the best one we visited. The ride up the mountain to the tasting room is stunning. Justin greeted us at the car and welcomed us with a chilled glass of Chardonnay. We were lucky and it ended up being a private tour for my mother and I.... More

I hesitate to share how positively lovely a tasting at Newton Winery is as it is sort of a hidden gem. I have been visiting this winery for as many years as I can recall and the drive in to the property alone is worth the price of admission. The tour and tasting has changed over the years, and the... I had a group dinner at this winery. We had cocktails outside in the garden area with a pond and beautiful views of the valley. We then proceeded into the cave for dinner. The Chef did a wonderful job and the wine was fantastic. Very exclusive. The staff was very friendly and easy to deal with for such an exclusive... More

Newton vineyard was a little off the highway and the climb up the private road was spectacular. Amazing touch was being met as we got out of the car by our guide, Justin, with two glasses and some Chardonnay to start the tasting! Incredible views and a very personal tasting session. Thank you Justin! (And for the picnic recommendation!!)

Friends had heard about this winery, newly open to the public, with only 4 small group tours a day. Our tour guide, Debbie, was very knowledgeable about unfiltered wines. Wines are unique but very pricey.

Visiting Newton Vineyards was like spending the afternoon with a great friend that you've not seen in a while. Part of this is to do with the incredible beauty of the property itself - you have to see it to really appreciate it. Part of this is due to the small number of people the vineyard hosts at a time... This was our first stop on our visit to the Napa Valley area and JJ and the Newton team set an extremely high bar for every where else we go!! The grounds are meticulous and the wine just makes it better. Having someone like JJ give the tour just ads to the adventure, he is knowledgable and has a great... More

They say you can't please everyone, but Newton did. Everyone in our group agreed that Newton was our favorite experience, hands down. Amazing wines, check. Breathtaking sites, check. Educational tour, check. Memorable and fun experience, check. JJ was absolutely wonderful. It was so refreshing to gain the knowledge without all of the pomp and circumstance. He made the tour and...
