This is not the old Joe Marty's! Under new ownership and now called Sampino's at Joe Marty's. Same Sacramento baseball souvenirs and sports bar vibe but much better food. I have had dinner and lunch there a few times and have been very pleased with the freshly prepared meals. Even better is the homemade cannoli! Easy parking in the Tower... More

We live in the area and have stopped in for burgers a couple of times since they re-opened. The place is clean, open and has a sports bar feel with the bar open to the restaurant. Previously, the burgers were good and at a reasonable price. We stopped in for dinner because the popular neighboring restaurant was packed and Joe... More

Joe Marty's was closed for a long time. It has now reopened and has a clean, industrial vibe. We started with a Bloody Marty and their take on a margarita. The BM was spicy and came garnished with bacon, blue cheese stuffed olives, and lemon and lime. My wife found the margarita refreshing. We ordered the cheese steak, burger and... More

Whet with a group of six for breakfast. I had the Land Park Linguiça with eggs over medium. My egg whites were runny but the sausage was great. Three had the garlic steak omlette which seemed to be a success but the steak (tri-tip) and garlic were one the light side and mention was made to our server. The Bloody... More

Great burgers. Quality ingredients. Friendly service. Clean restaurant. Good value. Parking can be tricky on a busy weekend....but worth it!

Stopped by for lunch the other day and the table had a round of Marty Burgers. Everyone thought they were great! Looked as though their bar was quite well stocked and they had a selection of botique beers, aw well. Great sports bar with multiple large flat screens, plus the part that I enjoyed the most were the historical photos... More

They're Baaccckkkkkkkk! I'm so happy, Joe Martys' is back and better than ever. Locals know this longtime watering hole burned down it reopened. The waitstaff is fabulous and so was the food. Cant wait to go back. FYI: this really feels like a neighborhood place to go get a beer and some food. The prices are so fair. The chicken... More

First time in Joe Marty's though I know it has been around for decades. I understand it has been reopened after some damage some time ago. The servers were great and attentive and the food was as good as I have heard. We were there during the week and got a table right away. The owner happened to be there... More

Sacramento has always been a baseball town- warm summer nights and a really fine triple A ball park and team- the River Cats. Joe Marty was a legend in local baseball, so it is only fitting that a sports bar has his name. The bar/grill recently reopened on Broadway and Land Park Drive. The new owners have done a fine... Only giving this a 3 because we did not try more than 2 menu items. My friend had the Marty Burger which he really enjoyed, however the sweet potato tots were a little too greasy. I had the street tacos which were very good. Will be back for more items and may rate higher. I used to go with my... More
