The part of the venue we were in, the west side, is totally handicapped accessible. There are no steps at all. The bathrooms were somewhat small, but someone in a wheelchair should do fine.
They have competitive pricing, service needs improvement, ambience is ok, it is an old orange packing house. They allow outside catering which is a plus. Owner is a nice person, I discussed my concerns with him after the event and he was understanding.
Went here for our God Daughter's Wedding. Building is rustic and a beautiful location for a wedding, large parties, etc. Parking is easy and central location in town. Split levels are only accessed by stairs.
Finally visited the Mitten for lunch today and exceeded expectations. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Great place to eat while in Redlands!

I was there attending my best friend daughter's wedding. It was set up very nice. I don't know the costs involved but they did a bang up job. Only thing I didn't care for was the bar set up downstairs.
This location worked beautifully for a wedding and reception! The separate spaces for the ceremony and reception were ideal. The building, interior, chandeliers, and drapery were very nicely done. The food was delicious!!
