We went specifically because it was Turtle Day at Turtle Bay, and it was fun. We had been there several times before, but they change their exhibits often. There are usually two or more new and informative things to experience. In this case, the other...More

Just take out the Bethel Church sign that is the headquarters of Bethel cult, and Redding is not associated with the bethel church at all. the only interest the city has, is in the tax dollars that they get from the Bethel Church that's it

Entry was free as an active duty service member so that was a huge plus. There are all kinds of fantastic exhibits for kids and adults. It really was a fun time. You can knock it all out in a couple hours.

We were very surprised to find such a wide variety of plants and trees. What a great place for a walk. Lots of families and people walking their doggies. I can see why. This is a real asset to the community. A real treasure.

The turtle bay park is a hidden gem! I expected it to be a 2 hour trip but ended up staying the whole day from morning to evening. Wonderful variety of activities from tots to adults all in one place.
