This is a nice shopping center built around a water theme. Some familiar restaurants like Cheesecake Factory and Babe's. Worth a visit.

Lots of restaurants and places to eat here, with some gorgeous scenery around. We particularly enjoyed the Cheesecake Factory, which does far more than just Cheesecake!

Pleasant place to walk around shops and water features. One of the more popular restaurants was closed, but it was still a nice environment.

Visiting The River was always on my list for Palm Desert but I'll pass for now, it's changed! A river through a center is a great idea being in the desert and the theater is a good anchor as is Cheesecake Factory where we ate; Starbucks is still there but in the past there were great shops and a couple... The atmosphere is great at this shopping center. However the only thing it has going for it is the restaurants and movie theater. I wasn't too impressed by the shops. Not too many to choose from.

We really liked the decor of the place. The water running with really nice rocks. There was not alot of shops but it was still nice.

This center has a theater, restaurants, coffee, ice cream and a few other type stores. Dead birds and trash in the river water. Center could use some maintenance.

Such a warm and comfortable environment, I took my 3 yr. old granddaughter to a movie. There was a face cutout to take a picture but she wasn't tall enough, so the young staffer that was taking tickets wasn't busy and came over to ask if I wanted her to hold Lily up? That was about and beyond in my... More

A very nice upscale complex. The good restaurants out number the shops. It has a Cheesecake Factory, Flemings Steak House, and several lower priced eateries. The water feature adds a nice touch when Strolling around. Needs more retail to make it a shopping destination. The movie theater is one of the best in the desert. First run movies and selected...
