My husband and I took our 2.5 yr old here for an afternoon while on vacation. He loved the pretend and play areas, which include a grocery store, pizza parlor with brick "oven", and a veterinary hospital complete with lab coats. We played until closing time and were not bored for a second. The layout is nice, with each building... More

Busy from 10 to noon, best from 2pm to 4pm. Lot of hands on activities for the kids. It a good break for the kids from the pool!

This is one of my favorite children's museums in the country. Although it is small they have used their space well. They've packed in tons to do. We could easily spend all day here.

We only had an hour and a half but we didn't make it out of the first room. So much to do and lots of mind teasers for kids and adults. All 4 of us loved it (2 kids and 2 adults).

I had a few hours till my Condo room was ready, so I took our 4 year old to the Museum. We spent several hours there and easily could have spent all day. In fact, she asked to go back again, but our schedule did not allow that. She loved the climbing wall, the Clifford dog area and the pizza... More

I brought my 5 year old here while we were visiting. We woke up with grand plans, but when we looked outside it was pouring the rain! This place definitely saved the day. There is plenty to do for children of all ages. It was a little smaller than I expected, but that's not necessarily bad. I would imagine there... More

Now that my child is older, when we drive past the Children's Discovery Museum, we remember all the fun we had during our years of visiting there. There's so many fun activities to do there, it's so thoughtfully designed. What a gift to the children in the community! That car must have hundreds of thousands coats of paint on it... More

We love this museum! There is so much to do. They have all kinds of activities. Sometime can get a bit crowded. Great for toddlers up to about 8-10. Miss the VW bug you can paint though.

We went to get out of the rain during a trip. I have been to other children's museums and thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong. It is very small, smelled of urine, and most of the exhibits were for under five. Quite a few area were blocked off. I would say it is more a playground for... More
