We went there for the first day on a sunny afternoon. The feeding of sweet potatoes to the 5 giraffes was definitely the highlight. If you let them they will even kiss you! Cannot recommend it enough!

Incredible time for whole family! Informative! Brought my grown up children and grandchild and they all loved it! Our guide for the preserve tour was great 👍. Feeding the giraffes was a highlight.

Tour is 1 to 1.5 hours. There is also an interesting film they show while you are waiting

I dont know -- suggest calling and asking the preserve. A concern would be if your dog barks or runs about.
