While wine tasting in Plymouth, my husband and I couldn't resist stopping at Amador Brewing Company. The beer was fantastic! It was a very laid back and fun environment. We're looking forward to visiting the brewery again and trying even more of their beers next time we're in Amador county wine tasting!

I started with the sample, found that I prefer the Dirty Blonde. Usually some type of food vendor on site, but only open Fri 11-8, Sat 11-8 & Sun 11-6 but still a great local craft brewery. Highly recommended

This evening, it was our intention to visit the Amador Brewing Company. They feature many craft beers and have food trucks and it is usually a pleasant place to visit. The first indication of a problem was that they were parking cars across the street as the regular parking was all full. We approached the Brewing Company smelling the delicious barbeque and attempting to find a place to sit. There was inadequate seating and customers had formed long lines for beer and equally long lines for the food truck adjacent to the Brew Company. With much disappointment we left....hungry and thirsty

It's the Wandering Yank here. Mrs. Yank and I were driving through Plymouth on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, and I remembered Amador Brewing. I had seen it a number of times before, but it was always on wine-tasting trips in the Shenandoah Valley, so beer-drinking just didn't seem like the right thing.

And it was great! It's very informal, basically a warehouse open at both ends with a bar and tables, both indoors and outdoors. There were 8 beers on tap, and the IPA was excellent. Mrs. Yank enjoyed the Blonde and the Kolsch. Food was available at a food truck, and the burritos sounded creative and delicious, but we had other dinner plans.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and all in all a fun place to stop. 2 thumbs up!

Great variety of beers to sample and drink. InCahoots cooks and serves food and it is really good barbeque. Has a great atmosphere plenty of room to enjoy yourself.

Good beer with a great atmosphere. There is a food truck or something to that sort located with the brewery, but did not get a chance to try their food. From my understanding the food place changes hands almost daily to different area restaurants

Fantastic local brewery with great food trucks! After many trips to Plymouth for wine tasting it was fantastic to find a new local craft brewer in town. The atmosphere is casual and all of the employees were great. The food trucks on the weekends are a wonderful addition to their outstanding beer. We went twice over the weekend & took a 40oz growler home to enjoy. It will be a regular stop for us from now on!

The Saturday we stopped by, a good BBQ food truck was on site. We sat outside in the patio area, and enjoyed 2 different flights. Then selected our favorites; enjoying a good beer and good BBQ. A delightful afternoon. A wonderful departure from (or addition to) a day of wine tasting. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the building is more shelter-like than restaurant, half indoor and half outdoor, a cozy laid back brewery. Good beer (good diversity in selection) good food (variety of food trucks) and a welcoming environment. You can't ask for more!

After tasting wine all day, it is a pleasure to quaff a tall cool brew!
I don't think people realize the time and I am sure the money that it took to plan and establish the Amador Brewing Co.

They did a great job and the outdoor BBQ that is set up, is all you need to make this a must stop on your next outing
