Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

My husband and I stayed at the Eastwood Casita at Pelletiere and had an excellent time. We spent a quiet 4 nights there and enjoyed walking up to a beautiful sunrise over the vineyard each morning. Janis, the winery owner, did a personal wine tasting for us. The wine tasting was outside due to COVID19 but it was a beautiful day and the outdoor area is very comfortable.

Out of all the wineries that we visited, this was our favorite! We were the only ones there at the time and Janis was fantastic! She was very informative and truly loves what she does! The scenery is just beautiful!

When planning this trip I picked this winery because of a few reasons…
1. The style of their wine is based of Italian wines
2. Women owned and run.
3. Dog friendly

The wines are fantastic! My favorite was the Zinfandel. I just ordered more to be shipped to us!

We had a fun experience tasting the excellent Italian style wines at Pelletiere Estate Winery. You can tell a lot of love and hard work has been put into these amazing wines. We also enjoyed the views and serenity of the vineyard. The Farmhouse is a must see!! We loved it and will be back soon!!

This winery was high on our list because they offered Italian Varietals. When we arrived they had a limited tasting list which did not include their Italian wines. What really annoyed me was that the owner haggled about the tasting fee with one visitor but would not waive ours when we purchased wine. Its tough to run a vineyard and tougher to make money. The stress was evident as it was more about the money then the wine.

This new winery has the most beautiful guest house. Trendy and chic with the right touches of warm and cozy. Sitting on the deck, sipping the award winning Montepulciano, taking in the amazing vineyard views was heaven. Wait!!! Not award winning yet?!! It will be - it's just so new it's not discovered yet. Best to get there before the word of how wonderful this place is gets out and the waiting list gets crazy.

I like to try different wineries in Paso so my son and I headed out to Pelletiere winery which is a lovely and nicely appointed tasting room. The wines are good, but also a bit spendy. Be aware that the wine tasting room charges $15 per tasting which is unheard of in Paso. It is also not waived with a purchase of 1 bottle, another rarity. So you leave Pelletiere a little lighter in the wallet. With over 200+ wineries and tasting rooms, you can find others to visit and save yourself a few bucks.

This place was recommended by a good friend, and am I glad I listened! It's a beautiful spot, featuring lovely wines. Most importantly, the women who have created Pelletiere will make you feel oh so comfortable. While every aspect is excellent, you'll feel right at home. No snobbery here - just top-notch wines and surroundings. Go. Now.

Make sure you put Pelletiere Estate Winery on your to-do list while on the Central Coast. The owner, wine maker, and tasting room staff are all amazing women that love what they do and strive to make your personal experience memorable.
The wine..... oh my! I live in Paso Robles and have had my fair share of tasting rooms and local wines. This is my #1 wine in our area, my husband and I became members the first time I tasted there.
The lodging.... I had family in town for a long weekend and wanted to show them why and what we love about the coast. This property encompasses it all; the view, the accommodations, the privacy and not to mention the romance. Great place to stay, plus it was the same amount as most of the hotels in Paso Robles.

Thanks to everyone especially Janice for making our vino experience (and many more to come) so memorable.

See you soon.. B. Hanesworth

We had only one full day to taste Paso wines but didn't want to drive so we hired UBER WINE with Carla as our driver. She mentioned this winery to us and it seemed very interesting. We went to other tasting rooms first and then Carla said the owner was expecting us and wanted to meet us. We are so glad we did go. We loved the tasting room loved the people in the tasting room and we joined the wine club so that should tell you something. We have so much wine at home I didn't need to join other clubs but we did and we are looking forward to going to many events here. We just got back from Italy last month so a visit here was just what we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised with this tasting room and vineyard. The wines are fantastic! The tasting room is so chic, comfortable, and gorgeous. I loved every minute of this tasting experience. The sheep at the bottom of the Vineyard are a bonus. So adorable!
