Adelaida Cellars' family owned vineyards include seven distinct properties totaling 168 acres in the craggy mountainous terrain of Paso Robles' Adelaida District. Only 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean on steep elevated sites, a diverse planting of 24 varieties with an emphasis in Rhônes, old vine pinot noir, dry farmed zinfandel, and mountain style cabernet sauvignon, our stressed vines produce low yields of precise flavor.

We have spent loads of time in the Sonoma/Napa area, but only one day before in the Paso Robles region. We are here for two days and this was our first winery. We did the reserve tasting, which was private, and served with a beautiful,...More

We came here on a recommendation from another winery and it did not disappoint. The tasting room is spacious and beautiful. Our wine server was very friendly and gave a good background on each of the wines.

On tour of PR we were recommended by many to stop here. We were in search a better wines to bring back to our wine cellar. We found one here and enjoyed the tasting. I would recommend the visit

Stopped at this busy place and really enjoyed the service and atmosphere. The balcony overlooks their vineyards and adds a lot to the experience. Wine choices were very good...so much so that we joined the wine club. The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon was our personal favorite....More

There is quite a difference between the "new" and the "old" tasting rooms. The laid back attitude is gone, replaced with a more business-like, professional approach. The server was extremely knowledgeable about the wines.

One of Pearl of Paso Limousines favorite wineries to take our guest wine tasting. They have fantastic wines and spend quality time with patrons. Tasting on the hill top is an option that should not be missed.
