Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited Gary Kramer Guitar Cellars in September for a private engagement and were blown away by how cool the tasting room is and that Gary Kramer was there too. Mr. Kramer was very humble and down to earth. I wish I could listen to more of his stories about the guitars and the artists. The wines were great, the staff was fantastic and the atmosphere is amazing. If you like music and wine, go to Gary Kramer Guitar Cellars. Mr. Kramer gave me a tour of the back concert area which I can only imagine will have some amazing musicians at very soon. Unfortunately for us, the intimate venue was not finished and the stage looks as though it had just finished being built. We will definitely go back and hopefully to watch some live music too.

While the guitars are amazing and the museum like quality of the way they've designed the tasting rooms is outstanding, the best thing about it all is the wine! Starting with the Albariño, their wines are top notch and stack up with any other winery. The Zin is the secret weapon and while it's a little pricey, it is worth it. This is definitely a new favorite in Paso, and we look favorite to returning for one of the music and food nights.

Ok, we live in Paso Robles. A new wine tasting room on every corner, not that I'm complaining. This one is located off the main square in an industrial building to boot. First thing you notice is the heavy wooden door begging to be opened. And wow. This place took my breath away. Dark and inviting. Rich wood and lighting. And the most artistic classy display of guitars on every wall. Also any rock star that ever was has a picture hanging endorsing them. Gary and Laura Kramer run this show. They are very friendly and will give you their history, long or short, whatever you prefer while pouring you some tasty, mostly estate grown wines. Take a pour and venture up the staircase (but on your way note the rich wooden flooring and the interesting deco as you go. Upstairs is little rooms for private conversations or to share a cheese plate and a glass of wine. Before I go I have to mention their special olive oil. So much flavor I could drink it by itself. This place is unique. Stop by and you won't be disappointed

Wine, Beer, Museum and deli! It is such a unique experience! Plan on staying and hearing the back story of this intimate setting. The wines are great...the olive oil that they produce is award-winning and they have one beer that has a fun story. Gary Kramer was an top notch guitar maker (Eddie VanHalen was a notable customer) and he has brought his eye for excellence to the winery. Grab a yummy authentic Italian sandwich and check out all of the memorabilia!

My Husband and I took my dad here as he used to own a successful music store that sold Kramer guitars since 1975. My family and I moved up to the SLO County 3 years ago. My dad and Gary completely enjoyed themselves talking about the great old days when NAMM moved to the LA Marriott in the 70's from Chicago. The wine was amazing. the Pannini's were spot on from what used to eat in Italy from the 90's. Thank you, everyone, for working to accommodate my dad. My honey, Raymond was also happy as Gary did know who he was and he also had some flashbacks of the past. I had the flashbacks that my mom used to sell in her gift area of the music instrument store, Marguerites Music, of the pins they had in a frame. I started laughing so hard. They also had all the pics for Namm shows of the guitarists that showed up to do signings. It was a blast and we plan to go back. As I may remind you, the wine and beer were amazing, plus the Pannini's.

Being a fan of Kramer Guitars for the pass 30 years, it was a nice surprise when I heard that Mr. Kramer had his own wine cellar. My wife and I walked in and I we were greeted by the man himself. We drank some of the most delicious wine we drank that weekend. My wife hung out at the bar while I had a personal tour of some of the finest rock and guitar memorabilia in Southern California. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
