Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Delicious wines, down to earth and friendly atmosphere. Very relaxed atmosphere and great conversation on the tasting room. Wines taste natural and clean without heaviness and added sugar. The Pinot Noir was my favorite and I purchased a bottle. I’ve been to many of the more commercial, restaurant-like wineries in town but prefer this winery to then all. Quality reminded me of Tablas Creek but way more relaxed abs friendly.

We visited Greg, the three dogs, one llama and a chubby goat when Sal from CCJTA (Central Coast Jeep Tour Adventures) included a stop on our day's tour. What a great place. Greg is the co-owner and was an excellent host. We loved the rosé and there were a good selection of reds. This winery is very much off the beaten track and there can't be too many small, personally run places set in such beautiful countryside. The rescue goat and llama make an interesting addition as did the three dogs - two shooting off chasing chipmunks and the third, a collie cross, not taking his eyes off the goat! Greg and Josh work really hard producing their wine and are shortly to expand the acreage of vines. Definitely try to include this in your Things To Do list for Paso Robles.

We saw Tolo Cellars on the way to another winery and we had to stop by. We heard they were very friendly, with great wines and they appreciated locals, so win win.
The tasting room is small, with a country garden atmosphere. Feels very welcoming and comfortable. There are a few cats hanging around which are very friendly. You can eat outside while you enjoy your wine or taste inside. We tasted inside and were well taken care of. Great conversation and great wines are always a good combination. Wines were all very good but our favorites were the Sangiovese and the Sangiovese blend, the AsinÃ. Wines are very well priced.
We loved Tolo Cellars. It made us feel like we were wine tasting in a small quiet countryside. We will definitely be back to experience some more of what Tolo has to offer.

Josh’s wines are fabulous! My husband and I have never been fans of Merlot or cabs, but Tolo changed our minds! One of our new favorites is Ascini, Sangiovese and of course the Zinfandel!
When we think of Paso we think of zinfandels!
Our friends love following Josh on instagram to see his latest culinary creation.
If you have not been to this winery, I would absolutely put it on your list!
Enjoy!

We thought this place was the highlight of our visit to the Paso Robles area. It had been recommended to us by a person we talked to on the street downtown. It is so small that it doesn't even appear on some wine maps.
This is a small business that has been making wine from local Adelaide grapes for 15 years. The host was gracious, the wines were delicious, the pace was relaxing, low impact, no pressure. We tasted (and ultimately bought) several different red blends, all of which to our taste were excellent. We thought the price/value was good too.
Highly recommended!

Everyone goes to all the big wineries in Paso so we are always on the hunt for small ones. THere are so many and this one is top notch. They dont have vineyards, just really good winemakers using local grapes. Great little farmhouse tasting room and really friendly staff with several wonderful wine choices and only a $5 tasting fee! Highly recommended for those willing to try something new.

We had so much fun here. Tolo and Kiamie are literally steps apart and both are fantastic hidden gems. Tolo is a small winery with great wines, a super chill environment and the coolest cat... and I'm not much of a cat person. 😜. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a true small town winery experience. My only regret is not buying more wine... but there is always next time. I will be back.

First off, we loved Tolo's setting, in an old farm house, and we thought the wines were incredible.
Even better though, was how friendly Josh was. Right off the bat he heated up water so we could warm our 5-month-old's bottle, and we totally dug the conversation we had while tasting their wines. Tolo is definitely worth the trip.

Interesting wine bar facing the kitchen stove, refrigerator, and pot bellied stove from the past that sits amid the tasting room. Some very interesting varietals. Good place to stop.
