Well-labeled garden with many different plants from various low precipitation regions of the world. It was inspiring to witness what can be accomplished without a lot of water. We visited at mid-day, so not exactly conducive for bird-watching, but we did see a humming bird...More

This is a lovely garden spot to visit with amazing roses, poppies, orchids, cacti, as well as an herb garden. It's also great fun to walk through the inside of the house which is all free of charge.

Great garden with beautiful flowers, you can buy flowers also. A great place to walk around and relax and even eat lunch there too!

These are lovely gardens in the middle of a Palo Alto neighborhood. It is free to walk through and gain a bit of peace in the middle of your busy life. Children love visiting here, and gardeners and non-gardeners appreciate the fantastic plantings.

The gardens are so pretty and I appreciated all of the plant identification signs. The different sections of the garden allow for peaceful contemplation. Although the gardens themselves are open to the public for free until sundown, the house , offices and restrooms are open...More

The beautiful grounds and gardens are spread out over a few city blocks and anchored by an authentic 19th century craftsman style mini-mansion. If you like period architecture a stroll in the adjacent neighborhood will give you views of an historic era.

A good opportunity to visit a garden that was designed and what an effort was required to well maintain it.
