Dining experiences you would never expect and will never forget! PS UNDERGROUND is a unique and evolving supper club. The menu for each event is always a surprise and ever-changing with the seasons and products available to us. We strive to use the freshest ingredients possible and accommodate the dietary restrictions of those dining at the table. Each event is unique. Dining is at communal tables. You may be seated with strangers. By the end of the event you will make new friends. It may be a multi-course meal at a lavishly set table, an intimate dinner under the stars, or a family-style feast of the best elevated comfort food. One thing is for sure- there is always an element of surprise and a twist on what's expected. If you are a foodie like us, enjoy meeting new people and have a sense of adventure- you are a perfect fit for PS UNDERGROUND.

This event consisted of cocktails and snacks on the deck, a 5-course fixed dinner, and entertainment by a band with two singers. Attendees were seated at large tables, for the most part, with people they'd just met. We enjoyed to chats with new people, and the entire experience. It was obvious the owner and employees were doing their best to ensure everyone would have a good time.

PS Underground is something that everyone who enjoys fun, food and music should experience when they are in Palm Springs. Every event has a different theme which is seen in the decor, the food, the music, and other special PS Underground touches. I have been to beautiful Broadway brunches, raunchy afternoon bingo lunches, brilliantly funny dinner events more akin to immersive theatre, and nights where we were up dancing between courses. There is no end to the creativity. The food is always fantastic and they are more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. The entertainment is always amazing, the Coachella Valley has so much talent and PS Underground brings in the best. The performers rival those I have seen on Broadway (and many have actually performed on Broadway). I always leave so happy and with a smile on my face.
Reservations are required ahead of time and they tend to sell out, so check the website for the shows that are on during your stay. The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, you will feel like you are spending the night with a huge group of friends even if you arrived knowing no one. PS Underground truly is a unique, fantastic experience.

This is a wonderful experience! The dinner was amazing. You sit at a communal table and the chef comes out and describes each course, then they bring it to you and the music begins. Motown was such a great show. The performers were excellent! You have an open bar and the servers are top notch. The owners came around and talked to everyone. Wonderful experience that we will definitely do when we come back to Palm Springs!!!

I went here with three other friends for a Galentine's Day. The show was amazing and the food was 5 star. I should also mention that the staff was friendly and very attentive.
I have traveled all over and this was one of the best meals I have had. The hilarious and entertaining show was an added bonus. I will definity go to PS Underground next time I'm in town.

Not enough adjectives to describe this wonderful venue. The food, the entertainment, the management, the bar all fabulous. They are so accommodating. Have a special dietary request? Not a problem. They can handle it. A must attend if you are going to be in Palms Springs.

The Music was great!
The food was just ok.
The soup was delicious!
The cottage pie was not great!
It was like a sloppy joe with mashed potatoes on top.
I’m glad we tried it but I don’t think I’ll be going back again. I think it’s very overpriced.

Most amazing night we have had in Palm Springs!! We attended the “Light” event. The food is truly superb. The surprises throughout dinner are delightful. If you are visiting or live in Palm Springs this is an ABSOLUTE MUST! Looking forward to the next event when we are in Palm Springs again!!!

Enjoyed a St. Patrick's Day Brunch with Irish Themed entertainment and cuisine. The team was so accommodating and fun. The food was over the top delicious! What a great experience!

Every once in a while you go to an event with a certain level of expectation, and just get blown away with how far above your expectations it actually was. This is what happened to me and my wife when we went to the Sunday dinner and show "That's Amore". We expected an Italian dinner and accompanying Italian singing. What we got was a four-course exceptional Italian menu, and Broadway-worthy singers with stories to tell.
There were not more than 60 guests, and we were seated at round dinner tables with other guests who quickly became friends. The Italian menu was set by an expert chef and part owner of the business, and prepared by him and an assistant. We had a starter salad, followed by Italian wedding soup unlike any I have ever had. Following this was lasagne prepared with turkey sausage. And before you think, what a cop-out serving lasagne for this Italian night, it was truly a unique and excellent dish. Not your traditional lasagne, with the unusual red cabbage and shredded mozzarella as garnish. The meal finished with a lemon citrus cake with a white chocolate icing and a rosemary syrup. I have never had anything like it. I want the recipe! And of course, the red and white wine flowed throughout the hours we were there.
The entertainment and venue set were the work of the other owner. The large facility was set up like an intimate dinner club. The owner welcomed us and as the salad was served, the musical act was introduced. Five gentlemen - one on keyboards, one lead singer, and three backup singers. All Italian, all with stories of growing up. The lead would introduce a song with a short story of his mama, or his grandmother, their cooking, or his silly juvenile shenanigans. His voice, range, quality, all exceptional. The backup singers were also excellent - each could have been lead. This group would come out after each course and do several prepared numbers. At one point, the wait staff got involved with the song, walking around and pouring wine to the beat.
The wait staff was remarkable. My wine glass was never empty. My empty plate never sat long. They had the hot soup and lasagne on the table while it was still hot, not barely warm. They were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there.
This whole package - themed dinner and show - was exceptional. I have seen similar shows that were not at this level, charging more than this one. If you are ever in Palm Springs on a weekend, you've got to do this. But book in advance, it seems out quick.

LIGHT was a must do Palm Springs experience!! From the moment you walked in the door the fun started!! Entertainment and food were wonderful!!
