Went on the tour and was surprised at how many people were on the tour. It was informative and the drive through desert to see the size of the mills was awesome.

The windmill farm should not be missed. It was interesting to see the windmills at work. It makes you wonder why there are not more of these farms around the country.

The windmills are visible from many places in PS. Tours are available but you can just ride by on the road and appreciate them. Stop at the Windmill Shop and get an excellent Date Shake and other food available.

To see these windmills is awesome. Love watching them silently and slowly spinning in the wind...to see them from the tram or the top of the mountain is also an incredible sight.

Kind of eerie looking especially as the sunsets. But, it is awesome to see off the highway or stopping to take a picture. Too bad none of those windmills help the desert area with their electricity. They are all owned by other states or countries.

When driving on the I10 interstate you can’t miss seeing the windmills when in the Palm Springs/Desert Hot Springs Area. They are everywhere. Some are bigger then others and sometimes they are spinning or not spinning depending on the winds. It is good in that...More

We drove by these on our tour, so we learned a little about them then. We've driven by the windmills a couple of times since. They are much larger than I expected. Sometimes, they are almost all spinning. Once they were all almost still. And,...More

Horses and candles would be fabulous! At least I wouldn't have to read such pointless questions on my computer... Anyway, I am not against windmills but they should be placed in the right places where they will not be an... More

The Palm Springs visitors center told us of a side street where we got close pictures. Not sure about the turbine. They might know.
