A fantastic tour with a knowledgeable guide, with a little offroading to add excitement!

After meeting our lovely guide Amy at a car park in Palm Desert, we entered the park via a back road only accessible in vehicle such as the Jeep we were in. Driving through a... read more

I booked a jeep tour a week ahead of time for myself and my two boys. We were staying in 29 Palms and I was told it would "take longer" to pick us up, which was fine. I was quoted $327.00 for a four hour experience. Our driver/guide arrived at 2 p.m., was nice and knowledgable; however, she only stopped... More

Hello Shannon, thank you for the feedback. It is true that the door to door tour time is shorter when we arrange to pick guests up in what we call the high desert vs. our normal pickup point here in Palm Desert. Our guide was already on the clock for two hours by the time she picked you up at... More

After meeting our lovely guide Amy at a car park in Palm Desert, we entered the park via a back road only accessible in vehicle such as the Jeep we were in. Driving through a shooting area to get there offered us foreigners a little insight into that segment of US culture, seeing kids with high powered rifles is still... More

Hello Nilla and James, Thanks for the kudos! I am very proud of Amy, she is an outstanding guide. If I recall you were on your honeymoon when you joined us on tour? At any rate, we hope you can join us again for another adventure someday down the road. Cheers! More

We very much enjoyed our personal guided tour with Big Wheels. We traveled up the back road into the park by Jeep. A road not recommended to be taken by car. Only short wheel base trucks should be taken. Beautiful scenery an informative guide, with many stops along the way for pictures. This is a "must see" park and we... More

We were very pleased with the jeep tour that we took in Palm Springs area today. The very knowledgeable guide, Craig, had all of the information to answer our questions and was able to explain all aspects of the desert and the Painted and Box Canyons. He knew not only about the geology but also pointed out the desert plants... More

Three long term college friends took a jeep tour of the san Andreas Fault with Phil perfectly named smiling spirit. He was very knowledgable about the history and landscapes. It was awesome in every way. He provided water as it was a very hot day. We can't wait when we visit again to take another one of their tours.
