If one is an antique car buff, and even if you really aren't, this is a fun place to go. the collection is well curated with knowledgeable people to answer your questions. It's not as extensive as the Petersen, but it's right here in Ventura county which is special.

It's a fascinating collection of vintage Bugattis , racing cars Delahays and Italian race cars you've never seen. He has 3 McLarens ($2.1 million each). His focus, though, is on deco styling. Deco furniture and statuary...and a huge bar....His main focus are cars designed during the deco period (20s to 30's) that are international and beautiful. I like it better... More

A collection of unbelievable Art Deco era vehicles house in an unpretentious business park in Oxnard. Plan on staying at least two hours to savor the Mullin collection. The current collection of Art Deco vehicles will soon be changed to feature Citröen vehicles. A worthwhile visit for the serious auto aficionado. Don't miss the Mullin Museum in Oxnard, CA.

Wow! What an impressive museum. Jaw dropping but they do specialize in classic French cars. You should know that the Mullin Museum is only open two Saturdays a month. Private tours are available on Thursday but you better check that online or with the Museum. Don't just drive to Oxnard and expect to walk in the door. You should have... More

My husband is the car buff, so I had initially not bought a ticket for myself but only my husband and kids. But in the last minute I changed my mind and I am SO glad I did! I strongly suggest (especially if cars are not your thing) to make the reservation to get the semi-private tour that they offer.... More

I was in Oxnard CA and knew there was a car museum, must admit I love cars but never heard of Peter Mullin and his museum. I called by and there was a tour just started and they let me join it. The Museum and the cars are amazing, the tour covers the history of the cars and Peter Mullin's... More

This is a must see collection although part of it is on display at the Petersen. Still there is plenty to see and the staff are very knowledgeable. Easily spend a few hours. Parking is plentiful and free. The Specialty of the collection is counted by the significance of the cars on show.

This musuem is full of historical cars of all kinds, from the early cars and semi carriages to new 270 MPH racers. It is a one of kind collection that would be special for anyone that likes cars. Check the schedule on line because it has limited hours, but do visit when you can. I have recommended the museum to... More
