This is a great place for a hike or a bike ride. However, stay away during holidays as the place is packed. They even divert traffic at Jamboree and Chapman so you can access their parking lot because of the crowds. Other than holidays, its...More

My little one loved the train! If he were older we would have definitely rented a bike with a carrier in the front. Great park with lots of amenities. Visit the zoo while there as well! You will not be disappointed!

This is a local park for families who want to picnic on green grass, take the kids on the train (10 min ride), and there is a zoo. But our interest was to take a walk in the back country of California to see what...More

This park gets really busy but I would still recommend it for families. They have a zoo, several playgrounds, pony rides, and more!

Each area of the park has it's own personality. A great place to ride bikes, some paths are paved, some mountain bike trails. The scenery changes from freshly mowed grassy picnic areas, to dry dusty trails. You can take the kids to the zoo or...More

Went for a walk with a friend and my dog in this wonderful Park. Saw peacocks, turtles sunning on rocks, pair of ravens, equestrian center, children having an outdoor classroom learning experience. Loved it!

Majority of the group areas have shade. Some however have none. There are lots of bees at the park that are attracted to sweets such as soft drinks.

Yes, on leash. However, they are not allowed in the zoo portion or in the train area.
