Ojai Olive Oil is a family owned and operated farm, and the oldest producer of extra virgin olive oil in the region. We are open for free tastings and shopping 6 days a week (closed Sundays), and give free guided Tours & Tastings on Wednesdays from 10am-1pm, and Saturdays from 10am-4pm. On Sundays we are at the Ojai Farmers Market in the middle of town. Our groves are certified organic, and we are one of the valley's only operating permaculture farms. In addition to award winning olive oils, we also produce an array of wonderful balsamic vinegars and olive oil based cosmetics. Our Tours & Tastings are open to all, do not require a reservation, and are free. We begin outside and discuss the history of our groves and a bit about olive oil in general. We also get into important information about selecting, storing, and cooking with olive oil, show you our mill and how the olive oil is made, and end up in the tasting room to sample all of our products. Ojai Olive Oil is proud to be one of the Ojai Valley's most popular destinations, and we look forward to seeing you at our farm :)

This is a small place and a bit difficult to find but it is worth the adventure. Staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. They offer all their products to sample and sample we did...and buy we did as well. Love supporting small local businesses wherever we travel.

This is a nice day trip from Los Angeles area. We went in the heat, but it was fine. On your way you will think you are lost, but eventually down a little lane you will arrive and park among the olive trees. Honestly not a lot to walk, but inside the building is a wonderful tour of the Olive... More

Had a little time to kill in Ojai and too early to drink wine, so headed here to check it out. A lovely setting, interesting tour, plenty to taste, friendly and happy staff. Ended up shipping 6 bottles home for ourselves and gift giving. Definitely worth the stop!!

We were not offered a tour of the farm (though perhaps we needed to ask?) though we did the olive oil and vinegar tasting. It was a fun experience and my children really enjoyed trying all the flavours and expressing their likes and dislikes - mostly all likes! We bought some of the delicious lemon olive oil to take home... More

I'm so glad that we went for the olive oil farm tour and tasting! I've been enjoying the Andalusian olive oil that I bought now for a few weeks!

We had an enjoyable olive oil tasting experience. The various flavors were discribed to us and we had a fun time tasting the various choices. We ended by buying three different flavors and will also give some as gifts. We were also shown the olive oil extractors and how how they got the oil from the olive. Our only complaint... More

We visited on a Sat. without a reservation and were able to get a tour of the grove, the olive pressing room and a tasting of the local olive oils and Italian balsamic vinegars. I order both the olive oils and several of the vinegars, some flavored with fruit and, in the case of the lemon olive oil, pressed with... More

We enjoyed our free tasting. There were many delicious oils to sample. The tasting area was small but certainly manageable. Our favorites were the garlic infused and fig infused. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Enjoy!
