Mountain View Cemetery is worth a visit. Before driving through the iron gates, stop at the office. It's located in a building right next to the cemetery entrance. You are free to wander about the many floors and rooms. There, you will enjoy the many...More

This was the most beautiful cemetery I have ever walked into. It was extremely huge compared to the smaller ones in MS. Every grave was very well kept and on a very orderly way. Definitely a place to visit again!!

Even though it's a cemetery, this is a beautiful park, good for solitude and walks. Also good for a simple picnic lunch. Some great Bay views.

Designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted (the same guy who designed Central Park). Many of the early movers and shakers of California are buried there.
