Beautiful beach but very windy and chilly. The sand is nice & warm and it's a great place for a stop up along the coast for a break.

Each visit I walk miles a day on the beach, always something interesting to see. Not a whole lot of trash, dogs generally but not always well mannered. Can sometimes see sea mammals.

This is one of our favorite quiet beaches. Never crowded and a great place to collect sand dollars or watch whales and dolphins!

Morro Bay is not warn. Compare it to Monterey. It can be foggy and windy any time of the year. No matter when you come make sure you bring warm clothes. I speak as an 18 year resident.
