Made the house so much more fun and interesting. The house itself is fine. Not much to learn but enjoyed the views from Windows and the displays.

The Ford House contains an exhibition of photographs, models and drawings that describe well the history and practices of the logging industry in and around Mendocino. Worth a visit if you're in town.

The docent were very knowledgeable about the history of the house and surrounding areas. The house has pictures and maps of the area. My wife and I enjoyed looking at the rooms and were surprised that the rooms were actually spacious for their time.

Very nice FREE Museum (donations accepted). The volunteer that was there when we visited was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lots of history and binders full of old pictures from the area. Nicely decorated, You will enjoy this stop.

I love this place. They offer free historical walks. This might be a small city yet it has a nice history. Don’t forget to stop here.
