The elevation of this pass is 2206 m's, which is the same as the top of Mt Yamnuska and Prairie View Mountain near Exshaw, so you know you're starting your explorations at an elevation that other people have worked hard to climb up to elsewhere....More

By car or motorcycle you don't want to miss this tour. Amazing scenery and wildlife including big horn sheep.

We stopped here in the summer. I wish I wasn't driving because I wanted to look out the window the whole time! We hiked Ptarmigan Cirque a little further up the road. Stunning!
