I love this place. I love bookstores, but this bookstore takes books to a whole new level. I LOVE how the upstairs is like a maze, with a book tunnel, "secret vault" room, and books arranged by color. If you thought bookstores were fun and...More

I love this place! It's not like your typical Barnes and Noble that feels sterile and corporate, just a place to go to get your book and then get out, this place has a lot more authentic charm and character, especially with it being retrofitted...More

If I wasn't pressed for time when I dropped by here, I would've spent several hours here and bought three times as many books. I, like a lot of people, found this bookstore via social media a few months ago and put it on my...More

Found this on TripAdvisor as something to do while my husband was in town on business. So glad I did! I stayed here over 3 hours. There are 2 floors of mazes, tunnels and vaults. Modern, vintage, fashion, horror and anything else you can imagine...More

The Last Bookstore is an interesting place to visit. Obviously, you can find just about any type of used or new books and records your looking for. On the 2nd floor, you have to see and walk through the unique tunnel of books.

They still sell records and buy your books. Make sure you explore the entire store. Every turn is a surprise view.

I love bookstores and this one is unique. They have a million interesting books! Artists have items for sale upstairs. Don’t miss buying a t-shirt! Unfortunately, we went during a heat wave and the air conditioning only worked in one section of the building.

This is a gem of a bookstore in the heart of Los Angeles. I would recommend visiting this place for anyone, whether a book lover or not. It is a magical and quirky store filled with over 250,000 new and used books belonging to all...More

I enjoyed the annex the most. Found several old books to add to my collection! Highly recommend if you're a book lover.

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants

I always pray for street parking... There are some parking lots, but they're more expensive than paying a meter. Sometimes I park 3 blocks away and walk.

Go early morning or afternoon. I would prefer weekdays since it won’t be crowded by office goers .
