Arts District brewery and hangout spot. This is a good spot to come to for a big group hangout or for celebrating birthdays. There’s a lot of indoor tables but they fill up super quickly on weekends. You can’t bring outside drinks, but you can bring outside food. There’s usually a taco truck or two outside within a block, so I like getting carne asada fries to have as a snack. There’s usually a good truck inside too but the tacos are double the price of what you can get outside. They have quite an assortment of beers and even have a hard seltzer for gluten-free people. There’s a flight option you can get to sample different ones and is good for first-timers.
There’s also indoor corn hole so there’s plenty of things to do to have a chill afternoon or evening. There’s no WiFi and they take credit cards. The bathrooms are in the main room to the right hand side. There’s also self-service water, and they have still and sparkling options.

We were there at dinner time on a normal weeknight. The taco truck parked and served great streetfood – a nice touch. But the best thing about this place is the combination of excellent beers, totally friendly service and great ambience is this old industrial building.

Decided to try this place out after hearing so much about it. My wife and I stopped in and had a blast. The vibe is fun. There are games to play (dominoes, jenga, cornhole). The bartenders are excellent at explaining the many beers on tap. Their beers are very good also. The taco truck had excellent tacos. Overall, we loved this place. We are planning on taking our craft beer friends very soon.

This place is amazing. Love seeing old buildings turned into something creative. Decided to go for a flight to taste a few and boy were they all, but one, tasteful. Big fan of wheat beers and they had some good ones. The one that I would suggest you share is the sirachelada. Talk about intense flavor. Only could take a few sips before my mouth was on fire. The outside seating was nice as well and I enjoyed seeing the artwork.

We've been a few times. It's in a very cool part of downtown Los Angeles, the Art District. The Brewery itself is in an old steel manufacturing building and it's just a cool vibe and fun to hang out there. The beer is really good (I like the Pilsner or the Angel City IPA. They usually have food trucks in their courtyard, game tables inside (i.e. Jenga, etc) and sometimes entertainment. Fun place to take 'out-of-towners', too. Be sure to explore the area, as there's always something to catch your eye in the art district...Finding street parking can be challenging, but there's paid parking just behind.

Very artsy place. Atmosphere was great. Lots of different age ranges. Great beer choices. Nice date place. The food truck the night I went had great nachos and tacos.

Angel City has a little bit of everything... it's a very big space but still has a cozy feel... they have a nice lounge area upstairs with comfy sofas and a nice view of the activity below. The beer is really good! the staff was warm and friendly. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon and there was a food truck outside that kept us well snacked while we enjoyed a beer, a look at the gift shop area and a look around at all of the art on the walls... a great stop while strolling the murals around the neighborhood

I've been coming here for a couple years now and every time I come here I always enjoy myself. They usually have food trucks outside that you can utilize and the beer is delicious! Personally I enjoy the IPA so theres only one beer I normally drink. Either than that if you looking for a place to chill and relax, this place is for you.
PS: Bring some games, I usually bring dominos and cards when I come with a group of people. They provide games for free but some times pieces are missing. -_-

Nasty place, I took my daughter to the restroom, and a grown man was there using the ladies room. Beer was mediocre. Overrated at best.

are your beers as expensive as at the Angel City Brewery at LAX ? ($10.25 for IPA, in plastic cup, at terminal 3)

No not at all...this is a large facility, bar, lots of space and a gift shop....great beer selection, standard type pricing.

What time does Angel city Brewing in LAX actually open?
Written 7 July 2017
Okay, I passed through again and came into T3 from another direction and Angel City Brewery IS there! The hours are 6a-11pm so if I could have found them on the start of my vacation I would have eaten there and had drinks in the morning! Next time!
