After stepping through the trees and seeing the mission from a far, it feels like you are immediately back in the 1800s. We loved this place. Very nice.

This mission is a beautiful and peaceful place for an evening stroll or day visit. The park rangers are friendly and informative and make the visit extra special. Beautiful fountains and gardens abound. Come visit!

It's pretty amazing the buildings they built in the 1700's. There is a nice Visitor Center with a small museum of artifacts and then you can walk and tour the buildings and grounds. Original Mission was located across town but fell victim to a Earthquake...More

Took my 4th grader a year and a half ago for his school project, and had an awesome tour with Docent Barbara. She was so knowledgeable and funny! Enjoyed it so much that I brought back Grandma for the same tour recently, again with Barbara....More

O'Cairns is on Ocean in the city of Lompoc. Drive time is about 5 minutes. Not sure our local bus service but we do have cabs.
