The restaurant at the Poppy Ridge Golf Course offers nice views of the golf course. The food and service were average for this venue. The fish and chips I ate for lunch were also average and the iced tea was the standard fare one finds everywhere else.

I do not play golf, however in the summer for one month they have an outdoor concert series. They coordinate the food menus usually to coincide with the music, i.e. the Caribbean night they have "Caribbean flare" food. It is so much fun - on the patio, get to see a gorgeous sunset usually, listen to music and relax, ending... More

3 9's to chose from. Pace of play on a Sunday afternoon was great. We were a twosome and played in 3:40. Only ran into two groups and they let us play through. Price was reasonable after 12. Friendly staff and shop. Course was in decent shape for the amount of play. Greens are good and smooth. Airways were decent... More

I travel to this wonderful golf course for my Niece's Bridal Shower. I didn't play the course but it did look very good. The greens from a distance looked good and there where plenty of people playing. The food was good and the service was just okay. Finally after about an hour the party was given a server. I was... Attended a wedding here and it was lovely. The staff was lively and fun and joined in the celebration! THe space was clean, elegant, and the food was exceptional.

Great course. Fair par 3's. The views are beautiful. The restaurant food is pretty good. With a NCGA card, the rates are more affordable.

Well maintained with a great view. Love the vineyard throughout the course. Difficult course but fair. Some fairways are narrow and if you miss will spell trouble. It's a NCGA course, member can play at a great value for such a nice course. Green can be a bit tricky as most putts will break on you.

Beautiful course. Quite hilly, so best to take a cart. Can be incredibly windy, so come prepared. Bring lots of balls, and watch for rattlesnakes. Clubhouse and proshop are nice.

It was a foursome match play today. We were playing quality golf. But we found the golf marshals to be quite rude. They were catering to regulars (those regular folks who tee off early in the morning) and were threatening to take us off the course. They were following us and really messed up our game. We understand 18 holes... More
