Designed by famed Jack Nicklaus, this 18-hole championship desert course is dramatic in design, featuring plenty of large lakes, deep bunkers and steep drops off the edges of greens.

This course is fairly open with a couple of very challenging holes. The fairways and greens were very well taken care of and overall we had an enjoyable afternoon.

For those unfamiliar with the PGA West golf community, the Nicklaus Tournament course is one of several top notch courses open to the public. There are several private courses located in the development as well. The Nicklaus Tournament shares a clubhouse and excellent practice facility...More

Course was in decent shape. The greens were pretty beat up but mostly because people do not fix their ball marks so there were a lot of dead marks and Unfixed marks. The sand was not the best either, sand on top but hard ground...More

This is a great golf course but you better have your A game. Most of the greens are elevated with huge steep banks in front of them. If you are just a little short you bounce down into traps with 10ft plus banks in front...More

Yes, it does rain in the desert, but don't let it slow you down. Light sprinkles during the first 5 holes, but not enough to send you for cover. Course is a lot more forgiving than it looks. Fairways are actually fairly wide. Most fairways...More
